A "special" day
This past week President Obama made an out of place statement on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno about his bowling skills. Apparently bowling a 129 makes you a mentally handicapped person and being the president gives you the right to be an elitist asshole with no consideration to any others. His presidential skills might be "like the special olympics, or something," but please, let us not put down the wonderful participants of the Special Olympics by comparing them to a brainless moron like our president. Thanks Mr. Obama, have a special day.

"A Government of Laws, and Not of Men," John Adams
"A government of laws, and not of men." One of many great quotes from John Adams. It has been long forgotten and pushed aside. A time is coming when we must enforce these laws the way they were meant to be. We alone have the power to change the way this government functions. We must get this great country to the top once again, and spending money on blueberry bushes in Maine is not the way to go about it. We need a cry from the people, loud enough to be heard in Washington, letting them know we want less big federal government and more states rights. No more big government projects and federal funding. WE THE PEOPLE do not have the money to hand over anymore and we will not. This is a call for lawful disobedience, no more green products shoved down our throats. We want real answers not temporary solutions. Most importantly we must make our views well known and well expressed. Whether it be through the media, word of mouth, protests or boycotts, we must be heard. This has gone on long enough. I'll leave you with another quote from John Adams,
Democracy... while it lasts is more bloody than either aristocracy or monarchy. Remember, democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There is never a democracy that did not commit suicide.
We must not fall into this trap.
